Message	:It's good to know that you all have a strong Z community. Welcome to RTP! I have lived here for 14 yrs, nice place. I transferred with IBM in 93 and worked for them for almost 28 yrs. I now work for Lenovo (sold PC division to the Chinese last year) Anyway, Cary is OK (Stands for concentrated area of relocated yankees), Chapel Hill is nicer. College town. UNC. Emissions, as of 1/1/2006 there are no emissions tests for any vehicle before 1996. 96 and up require ODBII testing only. Cost is $9.10. Basically, they do a visual to make sure you have everything and turn signals, horn, tires and that's about it. Relax, you should be able to find a place that will not look that hard at what's missing. Good luck with IBM. Marty
